We had a great stay! Best aspects were the friendly and accommodating staff who even gave us free snacks when we mentioned we were hungry. The hotel felt private and not crowded with less than 20 rooms. We enjoyed using the public sauna and onsen with no one else there multiple times. Beds were comfortable and the in-room onsen was amazing.

For us it was ideal.

This cozy hotel provides a great retreat for those looking for peace and quiet. The friendly staff are very accommodating, and the sauna and onsen are a nice touch for relaxation. With less than 20 rooms, the hotel feels private and not crowded. Guests can enjoy comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms with the added bonus of in-room onsens. Breakfast is a standout, with a full spread that leaves guests feeling full and satisfied.
The hotel's dinner may not meet high expectations with standard fare that is good but not exceptional.

Spent Christmas at a lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The breakfast was really yummy and the staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The onsen in our room was a great feature and made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, we had the public sauna and onsen all to ourselves multiple times, which was amazing. , the hotel felt really private as there were fewer than 20 rooms.
While the dinner was good, we were expecting something more special for a Christmas dinner. It lacked the wow-factor we were hoping for.

Spent christmas at a hotel with a pretty location and warm-spirited staff. Great spot for free snack hunting when hungry and woke up to a pleasing and satisfying breakfast spread that gave us a robust start for the day. The hotel was relatively small, and it allowed for privacy and room for the use of the public sauna and onsen with no one around. Honestly, the onsen was a splendid touch, especially in the room's comfort.
Christmas dinner was somewhat of a letdown as it wasn't as special as we hoped for. Maybe our expectations were too high, but for that time of year, it was quite underwhelming.
